Returns & Refunds

At Milecia Studios, each product is thoughtfully created and, for select items, made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong item or size, or other non-defective products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because some products are made to order, cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once delivered or downloaded.

Books Purchased Through Amazon

Books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s applicable return and refund policies.
