At Milecia Studios, select products are made to order especially for you. Please allow time for your order to be processed and prepared before shipment.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment provider. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed. Shipping costs may vary based on the product and delivery destination.
United States Shipping
Milecia Studios currently ships physical products within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages or at different times. You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Milecia Studios is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@mileciastudios.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@mileciastudios.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
